Buff Sussex are a traditional Old English breed, the large fowl equivalent originally developed for commercial laying, in Speckled and Light colouring. The Bantam size are still impressive layers for a pure breed, producing up to 220 light brown eggs per year initially, although they will go broody readily. Buff Sussex Bantams are happy to free range or in spacious confinement, they are attractive docile non flyers and easy to manage. Also available as hatching eggs at £1.50 ea.
